According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in August, 2019, Arkansas added 23,862 number of jobs to the local government service-providing industry. Among Arkansas counties, Washington added the highest number of jobs (2,099), followed by Pulaski (1,915), and Sebastian (1,553).
