According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in July, 2020, Louisiana added -8,932 number of jobs to the local government service-providing industry. Among Louisiana counties, Orleans added the highest number of jobs (282), followed by St. Landry (171), and Ascension (161).
