According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in May, 2020, Louisiana added -4,175 number of jobs to the local government service-providing industry. Among Louisiana counties, Avoyelles added the highest number of jobs (343), followed by St. Mary (114), and Tangipahoa (68).
