According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in June, 2019, New Jersey added 9,286 number of jobs to the local government service-providing industry. Among New Jersey counties, Monmouth added the highest number of jobs (1,488), followed by Essex (1,215), and Cape May (894).
