According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in August, 2019, Tennessee added 36,721 number of jobs to the local government service-providing industry. Among Tennessee counties, Davidson added the highest number of jobs (6,656), followed by Sullivan (1,937), and Williamson (1,397).
