United States Payroll Employment By State for The Local Government Service Providing Industry in April, 2019

According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in April, 2019, Wisconsin added the highest number of jobs to the local government service-providing industry (5,311), followed by Washington (3,251), and Louisiana (3,057).

On the other hand, Texas added the least number of jobs (-4,991), followed by Nevada (-1,727), and Minnesota (-1,280).
