United States Payroll Employment By State for The Local Government Service Providing Industry in August, 2020

According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in August, 2020, Florida added the highest number of jobs to the local government service-providing industry (126,745), followed by California (101,674), and Arizona (60,313).

On the other hand, Washington added the least number of jobs (-2,726), followed by Delaware (-596), and Massachusetts (-450).
