According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in December, 2020, Texas added the highest number of jobs to the local government service-providing industry (1,470), followed by South Dakota (859), and Florida (625).
On the other hand, California added the least number of jobs (-27,868), followed by Michigan (-9,706), and Ohio (-8,754).
