The following were the rankings of the top 10 California counties based on the number of Local Government jobs added to the 1021 Trade, transportation, and utilities Industry in January 2019:

  1. Los Angeles: 489
  2. Sonoma: 132
  3. Orange: 62
  4. Sacramento: 41
  5. San Luis Obispo: 38
  6. Mono: 30
  7. Alameda: 29
  8. Stanislaus: 22
