According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in July, 2021, Alaska added -14,900 number of jobs to the local government education and health services industry. Among Alaska counties, Kodiak Island added the highest number of jobs (-21), followed by Aleutians West (-49), and Southeast Fairbanks (-64).
