According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in February, 2021, Missouri added 2,988 number of jobs to the local government education and health services industry. Among Missouri counties, Jackson added the highest number of jobs (509), followed by St. Louis (387), and St. Charles (383).
