According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in June, 2019, Texas added the highest number of jobs to the local government utilities industry (384), followed by Alabama (289), and Pennsylvania (254).
On the other hand, Montana added the least number of jobs (-23), followed by Wyoming (-1), and Maryland (-1).
