According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in April, 2020, New Mexico added the highest number of jobs to the local government heavy and civil engineering construction industry (152), followed by Arkansas (16), and Wisconsin (7).

On the other hand, Massachusetts added the least number of jobs (-256), followed by California (-238), and Louisiana (-176).
