According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in December, 2020, Maine added the highest number of jobs to the local government heavy and civil engineering construction industry (58), followed by Ohio (42), and California (25).

On the other hand, Connecticut added the least number of jobs (-70), followed by Minnesota (-48), and New Mexico (-30).
