According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in January, 2021, Illinois added the highest number of jobs to the local government highway, street, and bridge construction industry (162), followed by Arkansas (10), and Pennsylvania (6).
On the other hand, Massachusetts added the least number of jobs (-238), followed by Texas (-157), and Tennessee (-118).
