According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in March, 2021, Tennessee added the highest number of jobs to the local government highway, street, and bridge construction industry (21), followed by Wisconsin (13), and Virginia (12).

On the other hand, Illinois added the least number of jobs (-76), followed by Massachusetts (-45), and Pennsylvania (-36).
