According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in June, 2022, California added the highest number of jobs to the local government urban transit systems industry (734), followed by Texas (71), and Washington (65).

On the other hand, Kentucky added the least number of jobs (-50), followed by Illinois (-45), and Virginia (-42).
