According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in July, 2019, Connecticut added the highest number of jobs to the local government support activities for transportation industry (), followed by Washington (86), and California (56).

On the other hand, Texas added the least number of jobs (-693), followed by Virginia (-95), and Illinois (-51).
