According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in October, 2021, New York added the highest number of jobs to the local government information industry (121), followed by Massachusetts (94), and Illinois (62).

On the other hand, Iowa added the least number of jobs (-32), followed by Tennessee (-17), and Florida (-15).
