According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in April, 2019, New Jersey added the highest number of jobs to the local government real estate industry (), followed by South Carolina (21), and Florida (10).

On the other hand, Oklahoma added the least number of jobs (-3), followed by Connecticut (-3), and Colorado (-3).
