According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in January, 2020, North Carolina added the highest number of jobs to the local government professional and technical services industry (59), followed by New Jersey (54), and New Mexico (30).

On the other hand, California added the least number of jobs (-408), followed by Oklahoma (-70), and Louisiana (-40).
