According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in August, 2019, Louisiana added the highest number of jobs to the local government administrative and waste services industry (235), followed by Illinois (138), and Texas (100).

On the other hand, Ohio added the least number of jobs (-66), followed by Oklahoma (-50), and Virginia (-49).
