According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in March, 2019, Illinois added the highest number of jobs to the local government administrative and waste services industry (193), followed by Arkansas (35), and Virginia (33).

On the other hand, Mississippi added the least number of jobs (-75), followed by New York (-42), and Louisiana (-36).
