According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in August, 2020, California added the highest number of jobs to the local government administrative and waste services industry (147), followed by New York (95), and South Carolina (90).

On the other hand, North Carolina added the least number of jobs (-55), followed by Oklahoma (-52), and Ohio (-46).
