According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in December, 2021, Texas added the highest number of jobs to the local government waste management and remediation services industry (7), followed by Oklahoma (6), and Alabama (3).

On the other hand, California added the least number of jobs (-16), followed by New Mexico (-14), and Maryland (-14).
