According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in November, 2019, California added the highest number of jobs to the local government elementary and secondary schools industry (13,241), followed by Texas (8,223), and New York (4,138).

On the other hand, Mississippi added the least number of jobs (-111), followed by Maine (45), and Vermont (82).
