According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in October, 2019, California added the highest number of jobs to the local government elementary and secondary schools industry (40,257), followed by New York (26,353), and Texas (21,159).

On the other hand, Nevada added the least number of jobs (-1,122), followed by Arizona (-250), and Indiana (-128).
