According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in December, 2020, Texas added the highest number of jobs to the local government elementary and secondary schools industry (2,727), followed by Florida (1,074), and Washington (1,033).

On the other hand, California added the least number of jobs (-17,469), followed by Ohio (-5,938), and Pennsylvania (-5,036).
