According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in November, 2021, California added the highest number of jobs to the local government health care and social assistance industry (1,035), followed by New York (664), and Oklahoma (262).

On the other hand, North Carolina added the least number of jobs (-541), followed by Florida (-384), and Alabama (-218).
