According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in August, 2021, Florida added the highest number of jobs to the local government general medical and surgical hospitals industry (179), followed by Michigan (49), and Iowa (47).

On the other hand, Georgia added the least number of jobs (-342), followed by New York (-169), and Idaho (-120).
