According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in April, 2019, Pennsylvania added the highest number of jobs to the local government nursing care facilities, skilled nursing industry (35), followed by Missouri (32), and South Dakota (11).

On the other hand, Michigan added the least number of jobs (-172), followed by Nebraska (-111), and Ohio (-23).
