According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in April, 2019, Mississippi added the highest number of jobs to the local government accommodation industry (), followed by Oklahoma (), and Idaho (47).

On the other hand, New Mexico added the least number of jobs (-79), followed by Oregon (-11), and Washington (-9).
