According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in March, 2019, California added the highest number of jobs to the local government restaurants and other eating places industry (5), followed by Iowa (4), and New York (3).

On the other hand, Tennessee added the least number of jobs (-15), followed by Michigan (-2), and New Mexico (-1).
