According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in September, 2019, Tennessee added the highest number of jobs to the local government restaurants and other eating places industry (297), followed by New York (249), and Oregon (57).

On the other hand, Washington added the least number of jobs (-2), followed by Mississippi (1), and New Mexico (4).
