According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in September, 2020, North Carolina added the highest number of jobs to the local government other services, except public administration industry (259), followed by Missouri (198), and Iowa (131).

On the other hand, Tennessee added the least number of jobs (-233), followed by Oregon (-83), and Ohio (-29).
