According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in September, 2021, Missouri added the highest number of jobs to the local government other services, except public administration industry (183), followed by North Carolina (171), and Iowa (93).

On the other hand, Ohio added the least number of jobs (-69), followed by Utah (-30), and Wisconsin (-20).
