United States Payroll Employment By State for The Local Government Public Administration Industry in December, 2021

According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in December, 2021, Minnesota added the highest number of jobs to the local government public administration industry (2,593), followed by Wisconsin (1,629), and Illinois (1,445).

On the other hand, New York added the least number of jobs (-2,850), followed by Georgia (-1,773), and New Jersey (-1,765).
