According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in September, 2021, Oregon added the highest number of jobs to the local government public administration industry (965), followed by California (904), and Connecticut (384).

On the other hand, New York added the least number of jobs (-16,893), followed by New Jersey (-7,030), and Minnesota (-5,227).
