United States Payroll Employment By State for The Local Government Public Administration Industry in March, 2023

According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in March, 2023, New York added the highest number of jobs to the local government public administration industry (4,014), followed by Illinois (1,865), and Florida (1,686).

On the other hand, Maryland added the least number of jobs (-1,095), followed by Minnesota (-622), and Louisiana (-168).
