United States Payroll Employment By State for The Local Government Executive Legislative And General Government Industry in May, 2019

According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in May, 2019, Michigan added the highest number of jobs to the local government executive, legislative and general government industry (5,175), followed by New York (3,231), and Minnesota (2,694).

On the other hand, Wisconsin added the least number of jobs (-3,033), followed by New Mexico (-14), and Rhode Island (-2).
