According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in February, 2020, Wisconsin added the highest number of jobs to the local government executive, legislative and general government industry (2,592), followed by North Carolina (2,542), and California (2,496).

On the other hand, Minnesota added the least number of jobs (-528), followed by Pennsylvania (-464), and Mississippi (-234).
