United States Payroll Employment By State for The Local Government Executive Legislative And General Government Industry in January, 2021

According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in January, 2021, Georgia added the highest number of jobs to the local government executive, legislative and general government industry (2,487), followed by Delaware (16), and New Mexico (-31).

On the other hand, North Carolina added the least number of jobs (-4,397), followed by Illinois (-4,319), and New Jersey (-3,630).
