United States Payroll Employment By State for The Local Government Executive Legislative And General Government Industry in March, 2021

According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in March, 2021, New York added the highest number of jobs to the local government executive, legislative and general government industry (1,566), followed by Illinois (1,241), and North Carolina (999).

On the other hand, Wisconsin added the least number of jobs (-1,810), followed by Alaska (-81), and Pennsylvania (-68).
