According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in July, 2019, New York added the highest number of jobs to the local government administration of environmental programs industry (1,892), followed by Pennsylvania (801), and Maryland (248).

On the other hand, North Dakota added the least number of jobs (-83), followed by South Dakota (-75), and Oklahoma (-74).
