According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in May, 2020, Ohio added the highest number of jobs to the local government administration of environmental programs industry (287), followed by West Virginia (228), and South Dakota (179).

On the other hand, California added the least number of jobs (-711), followed by New York (-158), and Indiana (-120).
