According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in August, 2020, Alaska added -3,424 number of jobs to all private business establishments. Among Alaska counties, Matanuska-Susitna added the highest number of jobs (386), followed by Fairbanks North Star (224), and Kenai Peninsula (220).
