  1. Sioux: 156
  2. Warren: 144
  3. Linn: 136
  4. Winneshiek: 112
  5. Washington: 105
  6. Crawford: 104
  7. Delaware: 101
  8. Plymouth: 96
  9. Lucas: 83
  10. Union: 82
