  5. St. Charles: 130,722
  6. Clay: 84,989
  7. Boone: 62,781
  8. Jasper: 47,990
  9. Buchanan: 39,114
  10. Platte: 39,094

The following were the rankings of the top 10 Missouri counties based on the number of Private jobs added to All Industries in July 2020:

  1. St. Louis: 12,864
  2. St. Louis city: 3,259
  3. Jackson: 3,134
  4. St. Charles: 2,295
  5. Taney: 2,220
  6. Greene: 1,472
  7. Clay: 1,039
  8. Jefferson: 1,030
  9. Stone: 518
  10. Camden: 513
