According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in August, 2019, California added the highest number of jobs to all private business establishments (100,297), followed by Texas (43,129), and Florida (35,125).
On the other hand, New York added the least number of jobs (-21,216), followed by Massachusetts (-8,790), and New Jersey (-8,773).
