According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in July, 2019, Connecticut added 1,388 number of jobs to the private goods-producing industry. Among Connecticut counties, Hartford added the highest number of jobs (1,074), followed by New Haven (228), and Fairfield (167).
